FIRST ANNUAL BC SUMMER SPLASH!

| During the weekend of June 28th-29th, members of BC Dive Community held the first annual BC Summer Splash. All over British Columbia dive stores, charter operators offered local events to support the "Canadian Cancer society". Events included registrations for a prize draw, introduction dives etc. The event generated a round $500 in proceeds as well as attention for diving. Publications in newspapers, website, "Beautiful BC MAgazine", "Westworld" etc. brought diving under the attention of the general public.Various participants signed up for complete courses and we hope to see a lasting awareness from this event. We are looking forward to next year's event. | ||
