Event
Wreck weekend UASBC Bamfield will host a weekend of the Underwater Archaeology Society of BC and has many speakers planned as well as a socializer.
Nanaimo Poker Dive The poker dive starts at Finn Beach at Neck Point Park and finishes at Sink or Swim Scuba.The pot is only as big as the amount put into it, so come down to Sink or Swim Scuba and enter today! It’s fun, it’s easy and all levels of certified divers can play from old timer divers to price tags still hanging from shiny new gear divers!
Dive & Travel Expo Pacific Northwest dive show. This is the first time this show is held at this scale since it evolved out of the Tacoma Treasure Hunt. Rick Stratton of Northwest Dive News is the initiator of the show that features many aspects and areas of diving, including BC.
BC Summer Splash The first of the planned annual underwater events in BC. Throughout the entire province members of BC Dive Community offer non-divers a low cost option to try out dives. Certified divers who have never put their head underwater in BC get a chance to discover their beautiful backyard. And there will be a number of events for active certified divers. The event supports the charity " Dive for a Cure"
DEMA 2008 The Diving Equipment & Marketing Association is a non-profit membership- based association, organizing the annual trade show for retail dive businesses and professionals in the industry.
Diver’s Weekend This annual show in the Vancouver Aquarium allows you to see many different aspects of diving. You and your family can also enjoy the colorful underwater life in the displays. Divers who bring proof of their certification get in at a discounted rate. Daily parking rate $ 4.00 (in the park) |
